Rules and Agreements
Below you will find the rules and agreements to roleplay with Starbase London and its fleet.
Rules are subject to change at any moment, please keep up-to-date with them. Any issues or questions please speak to an Admin.
Appearance Rules:-
Put some time and consideration on how you wish to appear. No matter what race or species you are, please make sure it reflects the description & appearance of that race/species. We ask that your avatar is realistic in their appearance and able to wear suitable clothes and uniform.
Many races and species are welcomed and encouraged - please see approved list -. Members that wish to play as an anthropomorphic character otherwise known as Anthro or Furry and welcome to do so. Please keep in mind no matter what your race or species there are rules in regards to appearance and behaviour for all members of SBL.

Your avatar will look realistic. Realistic meaning not cartoony, no anime or excess non-realistic colouring.

Jewellery and adornments are allowed to be worn, however please not too excessive.

An EVA suit is available for all group members so please wear this, or similar if it doesn’t fit, when on away missions that would require it.

All avatars must look and act 18+. No child avatars/characters are permitted on the sim. None.

No extremely large breasts, genitals etc. Please stick to being as ‘realistic’ as we can and in proportion to your character.

Please keep ERP and nudity to areas that would make sense for RP. There needs to be IC reasons for you to be naked in the hallways of the station of fleets and there could be IC and in some instances OOC consequences.

Behavioural expectations:-
The following rules apply at all times OOC and IC. A lot of our rules are common sense, and are here to make sure everyone is having a good time. Again any issues see an Admin.

If you are part of Starfleet or a visiting civilian or other, you are expected to abide by the rules of the station/vessel/planet etc. you are visiting.

SBL crew will be expected to abide by Starfleet etiquette. Showing respect at all times, on and off duty. Standing at attention and addressing officers as rank or however the officer deems suitable.

No Spam. No Harassment. No trolling.

Consent and Communication is key when it comes to RP. We are an adult community so therefore there will be adult themes, it is not necessary but it is allowed (please don’t abuse this form of creativity). Including and not limited to ERP, blood, violence, war, strong language, adult situations and nudity. Because of this children are not permitted, everyone must be 18+. If someone does not want to do any of these things please respect their wish, the same if characters around you are taking part. Respect their RP. If there is an issue bring it to an Admin.

Respect. Respect each other, respect yourself. Be polite, we're all here to have a good time.

Administration has final say. If you have an issue, please bring it to us for moderation.

No Advertisements. We will only endorse products or places we have approved.

No hate speech. Everyone is different, and that is a good thing.
Rental Agreement:-
First of all thank you for thinking about renting quarters here at SBL, it helps with the upkeep of the sim and enables more new exciting things to pop up. It is not required to rent quarters in order to role-play. You now can rent one of the following options:
* Quarters with a small bathroom aboard Starbase London - The room grant you 80 prims (LI) for 100$L per week. Internal and External cabins are available.
Senior/Officer quarters availability is based on activity, merits and positions.
Walk down the crew deck corridor until you see a green sign saying available.
More may become available, but for now it is 'first come first serve'.

Furnishings of rentals should keep with the theme of the sim.

Please try to avoid objects that lag or chat publicly.

Rentals may not be used for stores of any kind.

Roleplay is encouraged across the station including quarters. Sim rules apply.

Renters may add tenants to their rental; both tenants and renters have the ability to rez prims for that rental.

We are not responsible for any lost items due to administrative return. Make sure you keep prims within your rental space and watch your prim limits.

Residential rentals are private and renters may deny entry at any time. Other players must seek OOC approval prior to breaking and entering. Any major property damage to quarters must be approved by the sim owner.
